About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting management in achieving sales and profit goals for the Cheese department. The Lead Clerk is expected to uphold quality assurance standards and embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging excellent customer service among associates. The position also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
