About The Position
The Lead Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. This position requires high schedule flexibility, but most work is done between 6pm and 2:30 am, Monday to Friday, with some overtime during the weekends. The role is 40 hours per week, full-time. The staff member should have prior knowledge and training to strip and wax flooring, perform carpet extraction, deep cleaning, polish and buff floors, and much more. Regular cleaning is also expected to be completed as needed.
Requirements
- Prior knowledge and training to strip and wax flooring.
- Prior knowledge and training in carpet extraction.
- Prior knowledge and training in deep cleaning.
- Prior knowledge and training in polish and buff floors.
- High schedule flexibility required.
- Ability to work between 6pm and 2:30 am, Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to work overtime during the weekends.
