About The Position

The Lead Cleaner ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures, coordinates daily operations by delegating assignments, and provides guidance to team members. The Lead supervises an assigned location when the Manager is not present and demonstrates established standards for keeping buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. The role includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial duties as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., at the site on W Airport Way in Boise, Idaho. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service experience.
One year of lead or supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed, and report any barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Take care of keys and access cards for the property.
Report damaged, broken, or out-of-work features and items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Complete any additional certifications or training required by site type.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
