Lead Cleaner/Evenings/Part-time - Apple Valley, MN
About The Position
Marsden Central, L.LC. is seeking a part-time Lead Cleaner for evening shifts in Apple Valley, MN. This role involves leading a cleaning team and performing a variety of cleaning duties in a medical facility, including urgent care, lab, MRI, and X-ray areas. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks. As a lead, higher expectations are placed on performance and the ability to coach other cleaners. The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean and sanitized, and will be the last to leave, responsible for setting the alarm.
Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning
- Previous experience leading a team
- Friendly, reliable, and able to communicate well
- Able to do a physical job with bending, twisting and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Able to see small details
- Able to go inside and clean an MRI (will be trained)
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to speak English
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required
- Able to lift up to 30lbs

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture
- Cleaning specific areas including lobby, elevators, exam rooms, lab, blood draw, MRI, X-ray, and mammo rooms
- Coaching other cleaners as needed
- Operating an IMOP and carpet shampooing machine
- Being the last to leave and setting the alarm at night
