About The Position

This position supervises the cleaning staff and oversees all cleaning of the facility when the Public Area Shift Supervisor is not present. The role also performs housekeeping duties in public areas, including sweeping, mopping, maintaining wall fixtures, and picking up and disposing of trash. Additionally, the Lead Cleaner/Laborer is responsible for promoting outstanding customer relations and performing all other duties as assigned. This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in public areas cleaning preferred.
