This role plays a crucial part in the daily operations of the claims unit, where you will coordinate, direct, and oversee activities of the claims teams. Accountabilities Review claim files for quality and monitor performance indicators of Claims Reps. Provide coaching and timely feedback to employees on performance. Resolve customer service issues through effective communication. Manage recruitment and development of team members. Lead meetings to communicate goals and reinforce performance expectations. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices. Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Automotive Claims handling required. 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Advanced interpersonal skills essential. Ability to effectively lead change required. Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required. Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation preferred.
