This is a leadership and supervisory position that manages processes, training, and collaboration amongst Claims Advocates as well as operational sales support and client related services. This position may also assume the duties and responsibilities of a Claims Advocate, providing interpretation of property & casualty claims analysis, advocacy, and dispute resolution, act as liaison between Clients, adjusters, lawyers and insurance companies, claims management and other related client services.
