About The Position

Supports senior management by driving strategic initiatives, developing and tracking business plans, optimizing executive operations, and enhancing organizational efficiency through leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired, with 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and support sound business decisions.
• Demonstrated program and/or project management experience, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, track deliverables, and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and direct communication style.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimizing executive operations.
• Develop performance metrics, track progress against business plans, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and professional growth, fostering a collaborative and high-functioning team environment.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation, oversee budget planning, and ensure effective financial management to support district initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments, represent senior management in their absence, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
