Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of experience in chemical processing (preferred).
• ERP experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations and team members.
• Measure and mix materials with precision.
• Maintain and optimize system parameters.
• Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence.
• Safely load and offload chemicals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and mentor new team members.
