About The Position

The Field Operator will play a key role in safely producing high-quality chemical products that support environmental and public health applications. This role involves operating and controlling manufacturing equipment, monitoring and maintaining process equipment, and executing chemical processing activities. The position promotes a strong safety culture and contributes to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime in support of continuous operations
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-based environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in chemical manufacturing, production, or laboratory settings
• Coursework or exposure to chemistry, chemical engineering, or related sciences

Responsibilities

• Operate and control manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production in both routine and emergency situations
• Monitor and maintain process equipment in alignment with established procedures to ensure consistent product quality
• Execute chemical processing activities, including raw material handling and reaction operations, to meet production targets and specifications
• Promote a strong safety culture by maintaining clean work areas and adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to team success through additional responsibilities as assigned
