Provide quality meals and snacks as directed for all age groups at the site. The Chef will abide by, encourage, and train on all compliance and health/safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness, organization, timeliness, and attention to detail. In addition, the Chef will be responsible for Café and ala carte food services, food for special events as directed, as well as abide by allergy lists and special dietary needs of each child within the site. The Chef will assist in training and direct the Assistant Chef (if applicable) on CACFP compliance and kitchen responsibilities.
