Lead Certified Surgical Tech -OR
About The Position
This role is for a Working Lead Certified Surgical Tech in the Operating Room (OR). The position involves training and mentoring staff, coordinating the scheduling and efforts of Surgical Techs, and providing intra-operative support. The Certified Surgical Technician acts as the primary scrub person, handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures while maintaining constant vigilance for the sterile field. Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, providing technical services, assisting in other areas as assigned, and participating in department performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Requirements
- Certified surgical technician

Responsibilities
