About The Position

This role involves providing and coaching excellent customer service, working with the store manager to meet product needs, serving as manager on duty as needed, and collaborating with teams to achieve store goals. The Lead Cashier will also assist with training new employees, manage cash and banking functions, and direct a retail sales floor team to ensure customer assistance, adequate stock levels, and store cleanliness. Key duties include ringing customer sales, helping customers locate merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor, completing cleaning tasks, and answering the phone courteously.

Requirements

Must be eligible to participate in a 401(k) or Roth IRA upon turning 18.
Enrollment eligibility after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked in the first year (or 500-1,000 hours each year for two consecutive years).
Background check required at the permission of finalist candidates.
A candidate with a disqualifying pending charge or conviction cannot be hired.

Responsibilities

Provide and coach for excellent customer service
