About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow and process efficiency, product quality, and team member training. The leadperson must also learn all positions in the department to assist with team member training. Other duties will include data entry and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Applicant must have good communication and organizational skills and be able to perform tasks with limited supervision. This position involves work in a cold environment, standing and walking.

Requirements

Understanding of product specifications.
Basic computer skills.
Must be a full-time team member.
Must have completed the probationary period.
Team members with six or more points or more than one written warning or a suspension on their disciplinary record within the last 12 months or a Core Safety Mandate violation within the last 24 months will not be considered.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
