About The Position

Leads a team of preventative maintenance technicians and performs advanced carpentry work involving the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of structural and architectural elements throughout the property. This includes framing, drywall systems, ceilings, cabinetry, millwork, and shop‑fabricated components. The role requires technical proficiency with hand tools, power tools, stationary woodworking equipment, blueprint interpretation, and precise measurement. Supports property‑wide maintenance and construction standards while upholding the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in alignment with the Code of Commitment and our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Five years of carpentry or related experience required.
  • Valid NC driver’s license with no suspended, denied or revoked driver’s license within the last 3 years required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform frequent physical movements, lift up to 25 pounds, and respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and work comfortably in environments with noise, crowds, and exposure to secondhand smoke.
