Requirements

Several years of carpentry experience with excellent finish detail
Hands-on experience with siding, windows, doors, and skylights
Comfortable working at heights
Valid driver's license
Ability to use apps, email, and digital calendars
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully pass a background check
Must pass pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

Lead jobs, review plans, and organize the crew.

Perform hands-on carpentry, including roofing repairs, siding work, window and door installations, and skylight projects.
Ensure every detail meets high standards.
Address challenges, adjust for imperfect structures, and guide the team toward the best solutions.
Mentor junior technicians and sharpen their skills.
Maintain a safe, productive work environment.
