About The Position

Foster Remodeling Solutions is seeking a Lead Carpenter to run projects from start to finish, including framing, additions, trim, cabinetry, and tile. The role involves scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, managing inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe worksite. A key aspect of this position is mentoring apprentices and crews, and serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners during remodels. Requirements

• 10+ years of lead carpentry/project management experience
• Real depth in residential additions, framing, trim, and cabinet setting
• Fluency with local building codes
• Pride in a tidy worksite, a square corner, and a promise kept
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Run projects start to finish, foundation to final walkthrough.
• Manage framing, additions, trim, cabinetry, and tile work.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Order materials.
• Keep inspections on track.
• Maintain a broom-clean and safe job site.
• Mentor apprentices and crews.
• Serve as the homeowner's primary point of contact.
