About The Position
TruBlue Home Service Ally is growing and seeking a highly skilled residential carpenter and remodeler to join their team serving the West Metro Twin Cities. This is a full-time, year-round position that focuses on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, primarily for senior clients wishing to age safely in place and busy homeowners. The role involves direct interaction with homeowners and a variety of remodeling and repair tasks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience
- Strong skills in deck construction and bathroom remodeling
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
