The Lead Cargo Operations & Development Instructor is responsible for the development, administration, and facilitation of training programs and materials for Cargo Operations employees across all stations. This role ensures that training records, employee qualifications, and regulatory requirements are maintained in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The incumbent will oversee employee development through various methods including classroom instruction, on-the-job training (OJT), recurrent training, computer-based training (CBT) administration, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement of training programs and materials. Additionally, this position will lead and assist in the development of other corporate and company training initiatives as needed.
