Lead Caregiver 7PM - 7:30AM - FT and Casual
About The Position
The Lead Caregiver provides personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, and transferring. This role also involves assisting residents with dining, performing homemaking tasks, and responding to changes in resident health status. The position requires thorough daily charting and collaboration with a team to foster a caring environment. The work is performed in a community setting, offering opportunities to build relationships with residents, families, and team members. Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English
- Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
- Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments
Nice To Haves
- High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated

- Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
- Completes thorough daily charting
