About The Position

Requirements

At least two years of professional caregiver experience is highly preferred.
Ability to lift, move, or assist patients using proper body mechanics.
Valid Driver's License.
Proof of current auto insurance.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Ability to communicate effectively with seniors.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be over the age of 21.

Nice To Haves

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide) certification.
Compassion, Competence, Communication, Commitment, Confidently Humble, and Congenial attitude.

Responsibilities

Assisting with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
Assisting with IADL's (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
Following each client's Care Plan.
Driving for clients.
Working with men, women, and animals.
