Requirements

Be 18 years of age
Have a valid social security card
Have a valid driver's license
Have auto insurance
Have a reliable car to drive clients' homes throughout our ENTIRE territory
Have caregiver or CNA level skills to bath, assist client with transfers
Hoyer lift experience
Dementia experience for clients in home, assisted living or senior living community settings
TB test and CPR certification required after 30 days of hire (or earlier)

Nice To Haves

Looking for 40 hours/week
Daytimes including every other weekend
Willing to work all types and style of clients knowing you have promised steady work

Responsibilities

Do high skill pivot transfers, bed care, hoyer lift, use gait belt, give showers, manage dressing assistance
Manage and not be stressed by dementia client behaviors
Drive your car over our territory (reimbursement given) including from Cicero to Oswego, Warrenville to Bolingbrook/Joliet
Communicate in a professional manner
Train others to be as great as you are
