About The Position
The Lead Caregiver position supports the Leadership team and nurses, assists with training new employees, and provides compassionate and competent care for residents. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, dining, and escorts. It also includes providing meal, activity, and medication reminders, responding to resident call signals, and participating in Life Enrichment activities. Requirements
- Passionate about working with the elderly
- Punctuality and Professionalism
- Interest in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics)
