About The Position
At Ease Home Care is launching in Idaho and seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator. This role provides hands-on care while supporting client intake, caregiver coordination, and care quality. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $24/hr
Requirements
- 2+ years caregiving experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical in-home personal care
- Support client intake and onboarding
- Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage
- Mentor caregivers and monitor care quality
