The Lead Campaign Manager – Telecommunications will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned Telecommunications clients in the Door to Door, Retail, and Business to Business channels. The role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution collaborating with internal teams such as Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Legal in addition to our third-party sales offices. The ideal candidate will apply their strong foundation in account management to establish themselves as the main point of contact, strengthen and build relationships, leverage their resources for troubleshooting/escalation resolution, identify opportunities for efficiencies, and keep initiatives on task. This role is suited for someone with technology experience (Salesforce, Tableau, program management tools) and excellent organizational, communication, initiative taking, and multitasking skills.
