Lead Campaign Manager, Pharma

Natera
•$125,000 - $145,000•Remote

About The Position

Natera's Oncology Pharma Marketing team is hiring a senior individual contributor to own campaign strategy and execution end to end. The role translates business and brand objectives into integrated, multi-channel campaign plans, directs execution across channels and partners, monitors and optimizes performance, and recommends next steps based on data. The position is autonomous and calls for sound strategic judgment, ownership, and the ability to hold a professional line with senior stakeholders. The Lead Campaign Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing and partners closely with the ONC Marketing VP and cross-functional leaders across creative, agency, and marketing operations. The role also serves as a senior point of coordination for creative, media, agency, and vendor partners, driving alignment and accountability without formal authority over them. The position is remote within the USA.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in campaign management, marketing strategy, or marketing execution; alternatively, 8 years of experience and a master's degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • Track record of owning campaign strategy end to end rather than executing someone else's brief.
  • Fluency in interpreting and acting on performance data, including experience with analytics platforms or tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, or Eloqua or similar marketing automation systems.
  • Experience managing up and influencing senior stakeholders, including diplomatic pushback, boundary-setting, and maintaining a position under pressure.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to align creative, agency, and operations partners without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting, defending, and adjusting recommendations for leadership.
  • Self-directed, high-ownership approach and sound judgment in a fast-moving oncology pharma environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharma, biopharma, oncology, or broader life sciences experience.
  • Experience operating in a regulated pharma marketing environment, including MLR or medical-legal review processes.

  • Coordinate across creative, agency, media, and marketing operations partners, facilitating decisions among stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, holding partners accountable for strategy, quality, and timelines and redirecting work when needed.
  • Partner with the ONC Marketing VP as a strategic thought partner and bring independent, well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Maintain campaign strategy, scope, and prioritization under pressure or scope changes, communicating disagreement professionally.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them with options and a recommendation; provide constructive feedback to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Mentor or set expectations for junior team members and agency partners without formally managing them.
