About The Position

The Summer Enrichment Site Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the summer enrichment program, ensuring a safe, organized, and effective learning environment for students and staff. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for site-based logistics, communication, and instructional support.

Requirements

• Experience in educational programs, youth services, or site-based coordination preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and reporting processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily student attendance; ensure accurate recordkeeping and follow up on absences or discrepancies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with transportation services to support efficient arrival and dismissal procedures and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit required reports, including attendance, incident reports, and program updates, in accordance with established timelines.
• Provide onsite support to instructors by addressing immediate needs, troubleshooting challenges, and assisting with classroom or activity management as needed.
• Ensure adherence to program expectations, safety procedures, and district guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level questions, concerns, and problem-solving.
