About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Director of Imaging, and within established department and hospital guidelines, plans, organizes, and directs CT staff in all activities of the department; responsible for performing diagnostic CT scans on patients. The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in radiologic technology
  • Two or more years of progressively responsible experience in a hospital CT department
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize as needed
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and CT Technology
  • Massachusetts Radiation Control License required
  • Successful completion of an intravenous certification class provided by this institution within completion of the 12 week probationary period
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • PACS experience
  • Previous Cerner experience a plus
