About The Position

The CT Technologist's primary responsibility is to cover shifts between the Tower, Issaquah Outpatient Imaging and the hospital. He/she will have excellent customer service skill, a ready smile, and the ability to put patients at ease. He/she will work well as a member of a team (ED staff) and also be able to function well independently.

Requirements

AA/BA/BS degree through an accredited Radiology program or have satisfactorily completed a formal military or hospital-based radiology technologist training program.
ARRT(R) registry required upon hire.
Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) is required upon hire.
Biannual renewal of RT state license required by DOH and Overlake Hospital, with evidence of same by primary source verification.
ARRT(CT) advanced registry required within 6 months of employment as a CT technologist.
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

Experience on Siemens CT scanners is a plus.
Minimum 1 year experience as a medical imaging technologist preferred.
Previous hospital experience preferred.
