About The Position

This position assists and contributes to the design, development, and deployment of business systems to meet Retirement Plan division goals and objectives. This role will work on systems for both the NAV and GVA platforms, developing and submitting requirements for enhancements and strategy items. This role will support preparations for the future state project of moving all retirement plans to one recordkeeping system. Perform system testing, as well as troubleshooting issues and maintaining communication with other teams in Retirement Plans on system related questions and break/fix issues. This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant retirement plans industry experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous business systems experience desired.
  • Previous FIS Omni system experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Work with relevant and assigned Center of Excellence/Expertise teams to implement and effectively utilize systems.
  • Represent the business team in all meetings (I.e. sprint planning, steering team, etc).
  • Submit tickets for work needed to execute strategies.
  • Develop and submit requirements for enhancements.
  • Work with leaders to meet their needs and troubleshoot issues relating to systems; develop solutions to best utilize systems in the organization.
  • Perform required system testing and other requirements in the center of excellence/expertise process.
  • Provide training and answer ad hoc questions.
