Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience; or Ph.D. with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Must be US Citizen
• Experience and proficiency using Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated technical writing capabilities
• Experience writing troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience working with and in a software development team environment

Nice To Haves

• IAT II certification
• Experience in DoD Applications
• Experience eliciting and documenting software requirements
• Demonstrated files and data management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Elicit business functional and operational requirements, including documenting HRC US Army Human Capital Management System (HCMS) related to business processes workflow, transactions, and/or operational activities.
• Participate in requirements peer review activities with system/software developers.
• Conduct requirements validation with application functional users and stakeholders, including approvals by all stakeholders on all requirements documentation prior to development initiation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees joining the team.
• Create required reports to research, validate, and verify analytical information.
• Ensure that operational business process definitions are documented correctly (consistent, traceable, and verifiable).
• Participate in testing software changes for compliance with requirements.
• Serve as liaison between the team and the government contacts to obtain needed information or documents.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team to gain approvals on deliverables.
• Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
• Create technical processes to reduce inefficiency.
