About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst Lead works with business partners within one or more business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. This role supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring the design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. The Lead will serve as a project team member or team lead, responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. They will align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs and design enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 to 12 years of related experience
- Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
- Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
- Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
- Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio

- Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
