About The Position

The Pricing Analytics Analyst supports the development and execution of pricing strategies for Commercial Payments and Liquidity solutions. This role combines analytics, commercial banking knowledge, and product management practices to drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic business outcomes. The candidate will join a high-performing team focused on advancing pricing capabilities, implementing large-scale initiatives, and defining future-state operating models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field, with relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking, Treasury Management products, pricing strategies, monetization, and profitability concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and generating meaningful insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agile product management and product ownership principles.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business or technology implementations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a focus on execution, accountability, and results.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing strategy development and execution across Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, monetization opportunities, profitability drivers, and actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Product, Treasury Management, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver pricing initiatives.
  • Help define future-state pricing processes, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Support large-scale business and technology implementations and manage priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Create executive-level reporting, dashboards, and recommendations to support decision-making.
