About The Position

Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Lead Business Process Analyst to support the best-in-class enterprise contracts and supply chain function’s people, tools, and systems. This exciting role provides the opportunity for significant visibility to the business through support of strategic and challenging initiatives in the areas of business process optimization and digital tooling strategy across the end-to-end contract and procurement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and the CIO organization, ensuring domain specific processes are effectively enabled through modern platforms, integrated systems, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience with degree in a related field of study
  • Demonstrated proficiency delivering systems implementation projects
  • Strong analytics aptitude with attention to detail and solid business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience managing senior level stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with procurement, subcontracts, and US Government contracting
  • US citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to process automation tools, advanced analytics, or AI enabled solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (Costpoint) and major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft built applications)

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and optimization of core procurement lifecycle business processes from source to pay
  • Support implementation of procurement systems modernization initiatives including requirements definitions, testing, and deployment efforts
  • Partner cross functionally to design and deliver process improvements and system enhancements aligned to business needs
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support user tool adoption
  • Provide end user support and issue resolution, including troubleshooting systems and process challenges
  • Provide process and system support to ERP and other adjacent enterprise platforms to ensure end-to-end tool integration
