Our team at Disney Experiences Technology & Digital creates world-class immersive digital experiences for Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney! The Lead Business & Information Analyst role involves partnering with others to find solutions that have a lasting impact on the Guest experience. This position will join a team of portfolio and project managers, overseeing portfolio health insights that lead to decisions and drive the planning for the team’s strategic vision. The role partners with technology and business groups throughout DX Data Products & Platforms (DPP) to develop business case justification, drive strategic planning, and ensure the organization effectively meets overall Portfolio goals. Additionally, this role leads the refinement of the DPP portfolio plan through major financial actions such as Annual Capital Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Long-Range Plan, and other requests.
