Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise intake and governance processes (e.g., procedures, change, or portfolio intake) with a focus on quality, consistency, and timeliness
  • Strong knowledge of risk, governance, and approval frameworks (e.g., AIRR, DUAP, or similar) with ability to guide requirements and navigate approvals effectively
  • Proven ability to drive execution across complex, cross-functional programs, including tracking progress, resolving blockers, and delivering against commitments
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to align priorities, provide visibility, and influence outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with high complexity, ensuring coordination, issue resolution, and seamless delivery
  • Familiarity with AI / GenAI initiatives, portfolio intake, or innovation governance within a regulated environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks, proactively mitigate issues, and maintain delivery timelines
  • High level of autonomy and ownership, with a track record of operating independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for leadership audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or change initiatives, particularly in highly regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
