About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for an onsite position with a major financial services firm in McLean, Virginia. This is a two-month-plus contract-to-hire opportunity. The role leads a team focused on third-party risk management and information security, and serves as a business analyst within the mortgage industry. The analyst interfaces between business and technical teams to translate requirements and support the full software development lifecycle. The pay rate is up to $62.28 per hour. Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees. Requirements

Prior experience as a team lead.
Strong expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk.
Advanced skills in spreadsheet formulas, Excel automation, and financial statement analysis.
Knowledge of SOC reviews, including SOC 1 Type 2, controls, and enhancements.
Experience as a business analyst in the mortgage industry.
Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of manual and automation testing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee.
