This role involves analyzing business operations to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. The Lead Business Analyst will proactively produce executive-level verbal and written analyses, insights, and reports that support data-driven recommendations. They will apply statistical and experimental methods, including hypothesis testing, to develop data-supported insights, and extract, integrate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and related tools. Creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or similar platforms to report findings is also a key responsibility. The role requires translating business requirements into analytical frameworks and preparing written analyses and recommendations, while also driving the importance of data collection and creating meaningful tests to measure incremental growth. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to support data-driven strategies and decisions. The Lead Business Analyst will lead projects from initiation to completion, independently and in collaboration with internal and external teams, and analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning is also expected. Teleworking is permitted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, or another related field with significant analytical course work.
  • 5 years of experience in internal or external analytics consulting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex datasets, data extraction, and data manipulation.
