This role focuses on UI/UX skills and requires hands-on experience with design tools. The ideal candidate will be able to design complex data grids, planning interfaces, dashboard-driven applications, and role-based user experiences. A strong understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, usability, and accessibility is essential. Preferred technical and domain understanding includes experience with API-driven applications, microservices-based architectures, and real-time systems. Familiarity with inventory, reservation, or revenue management systems (hospitality experience is a plus) is also preferred. The ability to understand and translate data models and integration points (ACRS, EDW, etc.) is crucial. Soft skills include strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement, the ability to work with both business and technical teams, comfort operating in ambiguity with evolving requirements, and strong communication and storytelling abilities. Success in this role looks like high-quality, detailed wireframes covering all core workflows, strong alignment between business expectations and system design, reduced ambiguity for development teams entering Detailed Design, and the establishment of a scalable UI/UX foundation aligned to DTT.
