This role is for an experienced Business Analyst (Integrations) within the Audience Intelligence platform. This platform assists clients in unifying fan data, creating audiences and segments, generating insights, and activating campaigns. Integrations are critical to the platform's value, impacting data ingestion, reliability, and client outcomes. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on integration initiatives, focusing on high-quality discovery, scoping, and requirements to enhance speed and maintain quality and scalability. Responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery partners to translate ambiguous client requests into clear use cases, well-scoped integrations, and build-ready documentation. The role also involves evolving the integration framework, templates, and runbooks for greater repeatability and reduced reliance on individual expertise.
