About The Position

This is a senior clinical leadership role at Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM), a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016. The BCBA Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of BCBAs, shaping the clinical program, maintaining quality standards across their assigned region, and contributing to clinical strategy. KEBM utilizes a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, a pod-based group ABA model, and serves a diverse client population including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp families. The company emphasizes evidence-based therapy, clinical quality, and a supportive work environment for its professionals.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Master's degree
  • 3+ years post-certification leadership experience
  • Demonstrated clinical program development experience
  • CA licensure / GA LBA license as required
  • 3+ years of genuine leadership experience (not just seniority)
  • Experience mentoring BCaBAs through certification
  • Experience building programs
  • Full crisis intervention training required

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years post-BCBA clinical experience
  • Prior multi-site or regional clinical leadership
  • Clinical program design or scaling experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • LBA license in Georgia (for GA region leadership)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of BCBAs across assigned caseloads, including clinical oversight, quality assurance, performance evaluation, and professional development planning.
  • Hold clinical quality standards across the assigned region through program fidelity audits, outcome measurement, and treatment plan review.
  • Shape clinical program development, including S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology refinement, intervention protocol evolution, and curriculum updates.
  • Own complex cases and escalations requiring senior judgment and presence.
  • Mentor and develop the BCaBA and BCBA pipeline, contributing to succession planning for clinical leadership.
  • Contribute to organizational clinical strategy by participating in executive clinical meetings, advising on expansion decisions, and informing hiring strategy at the BCBA level.
