This exclusive VIP hospitality program is designed to provide a premium experience for HPE’s most valued current customers and high-potential prospective clients. Please note that HPE is not a sponsor of FIFA or the FIFA World Cup; this program is independently organized to create meaningful engagement opportunities in a world-class event setting. Guests will enjoy a seamless, high-touch experience that blends business and entertainment. The program includes curated business sessions, exceptional dining, and premium entertainment, all thoughtfully designed to foster deeper relationships and strategic conversations. Attendees will be provided with full-service hospitality, including transportation to and from the stadium, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout. From arrival to departure, every detail is managed to deliver comfort, convenience, and memorable moments. This program reflects HPE’s commitment to strengthening partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and creating lasting connections in an engaging and elevated environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Event, experiential marketing, and hospitality experience required.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to take direction, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Comfortable with long workdays and physically demanding tasks.
- Must pass FIFA accreditation background checks and meet host market work requirements.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from assigned stadium locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Hospitality Lead with the distribution of event-related gifts and amenities to VIP attendees
- Maintain thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities and services to enhance the overall VIP experience
- Escort and host guests at possible cultural activities
- Help to gather guests in HPE space for their transports; load onto vehicles
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing guest inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain positive and customer-focused attitude to enhance the overall VIP experience
- Tidying up Hospitality area, running local errands - on an as-needed basis
