The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. This role delivers advanced, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and data-driven IBHS services; conducts behavioral assessments; supervises and mentors direct care staff; supports program quality; and ensures services meet clinical, regulatory, payer, and ethical standards. The Lead BCBA is accountable for achieving meaningful client outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration, treatment fidelity, family engagement, staff development, and continuous quality improvement across clinic, community, school, home, and telehealth settings as clinically appropriate.
