About The Position

We’re hiring a Lead BCBA to guide, mentor, and transform care across school, clinic, hospital, and home settings, without sacrificing the hands-on work that got you here. This is leadership that moves with purpose, passion, and always with kids at the center. The role breakdown is approximately 24-28 hours/week for clinical mentorship, development, and leadership, and 12-16 hours/week for direct care, hands-on treatment, and real-world impact.

Requirements

• Active Illinois and Indiana BCBA Licenses
• Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
• A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive
• Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make
• An understanding that you are willing to apply your skills to all areas where Milestone performs ABA services, including homes, clinics, and schools

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of BCBA therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop BCBAs and RBTs across multiple service lines
• Serve as a clinical expert, problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
• Deliver data driven direct pediatric ABA services across environments
• Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
• Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor
