About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA in Pennsylvania for clinicians who want real clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and a clear path to leadership, without the burnout common in large ABA providers. If you’re currently in a high-billable model or considering a move to schools for balance, this role is designed to give you both support and growth. This role is clinic-based, reducing drive time and fragmentation, and you’ll have a reliable RBT team through RBT Rise + Fellowship programs. You’ll also have real clinical backup with Clinical Directors + Regional Directors of Quality available for consultation.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• PA licensure (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years as a BCBA (preferred)
• Interest in mentorship, leadership, and clinical quality

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical influence and manage caseloads.
• Engage in mentorship, leadership, and clinical quality initiatives.
• Consult with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality for complex cases.
