About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA for clinicians who are ready to move beyond just managing a caseload and start shaping clinical quality, mentoring others, and growing into leadership. This role offers a sustainable caseload (max 10 clients, ~28 billable hours in a 40-hour week), leadership opportunities without an inflated caseload, real clinical support from Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality, clinic environments that support real therapy (sensory rooms, gross motor spaces, and fully equipped centers), and a stronger RBT pipeline through our RBT Rise and Fellowship programs. This position is a stepping-stone into senior leadership, where you will mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows, influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards, contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives, and build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership. Common next steps from this role include Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Organizational Clinical Leadership.
