About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their in-clinic setting. This role is for an ABA expert with advanced clinical skills, reliability, and leadership potential, who is looking to share their expertise with a team of RBTs and other BCBAs. The position offers a supportive environment with mentorship, fully equipped clinics, and programs to ensure RBTs are well-trained. The Lead BCBA will have the opportunity to mentor others, develop management skills, participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives, and influence clinic-wide practices. This role is a stepping stone for future leadership positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Support Center Clinical Development roles.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • 3 years of experience in ABA field
  • 2 years of experience with BCBA license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Nice To Haves

  • RBT background a plus for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
  • Mentor and support other BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows
  • Participate in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects (e.g., Pilot projects, Research projects, Poster presentations for internal and external conferences)
