Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous blending, manufacturing, lead, or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, follow detailed procedures, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily blending operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and business priorities are achieved.
• Utilize SAP to manage batch scheduling, material consumption, production tracking, and inventory transactions.
• Oversee wastewater system operations, monitoring, testing, compliance activities, and vendor coordination.
• Train, coach, and support operators while promoting a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance.
