The Boeing Company’s Human Resources (HR) Health and Wellbeing organization is currently seeking a Lead Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our team to support benefits compliance issues. This position will provide subject matter expertise (SME) to coworkers regarding benefit issues and concerns and will respond to many complex questions. A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, organization and multitasking skills. A law degree and work experience as an Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) attorney is highly preferred to be successful in this role.
