The Lead Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works with and provides escalation support and guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians to provide applied behavior analytic assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The Lead Behavior Analyst provides consultation, conducts behavioral evaluations, and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients, while providing oversight expertise to Behavior Technicians to ensure quality of work product and adherence to applicable certification guidelines. The Lead Behavior Analyst educates, observes, assesses, and supervises the educational activities and service delivery of Behavior Technicians. The Lead Behavior Analyst is required to adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts. The position is M-F during daytime hours on a school calendar.
